Heart to Harvest is led by Kira, a proud Quandamooka woman whose vision shapes the company’s purpose and direction.
As CEO, Kira brings strategic leadership, cultural integrity and commercial strength. With an MBA and a background in logistics management, she ensures Heart to Harvest operates with structure, sustainability and long-term impact at its core.
Kira is deeply committed to championing First Nations ingredients and creating pathways for First Nations people to build meaningful careers in hospitality. For her, this work is about more than catering — it is about representation, economic participation and honouring culture through food.
Under her leadership, Heart to Harvest stands as a Supply Nation registered business and a platform for showcasing Indigenous knowledge in a modern corporate setting.
Jaz
Chief Operating Officer | Daughter of an immigrant & chaos creator
Jaz is the operational force behind Heart to Harvest.
The daughter of an immigrant and a lifelong hospitality professional, Jaz began working in kitchens and cafés at just 14 years old. Hospitality has never been just a job — it has been her craft, her foundation and her way of building community.
With over a decade of experience owning and operating successful food businesses, Jaz brings depth, resilience and creative precision to the company. As COO, she translates vision into execution — leading kitchen operations, refining systems and ensuring every client experience meets the highest standard.
Her leadership reflects the strength & power of hard work, and the importance of visible, confident women in an industry well in need of a shake up!
